Welcome to NoTalent Records!

We are an independent record label out of Stockholm, Sweden.

NoTalent Records was first developed in 2006 to release the debut EP by Miss 45. In late 2007 things started to take on a more company-like form, and we are currently working very hard to bring you the best Swedish rocknroll around.

At this stage we are proud to have the excellent Swedish rocknroll band Miss 45 on our roster.

For 2008 we have loads of stuff coming up – new releases, shows, tours among others, so stay tuned!

Miss 45

Originally formed in early 2005, Miss 45 is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and to avoid tedious categorization plays rocknroll. In 2006 they released a self-titled EP on NoTalent Records, and have releases on the same label for 2008.

The band consists of: Deck Fransisco/vocals and bass, Felix Vendetta/lead guitar Colonel M. Knoxx/rhythm guitar and vocals, Dan Frankenstein drums/freewheeling multi-instrumentalist. Miss 45 can best be described as a wet dream of every of real rocknroll fan. The band rocks with a greasy, maniacal and desperate abandon but still manages to infuse the mayhem with perfect pop melodies. Some comparisons have been made to artists such as Johnny Thunders, Ramones, New York Dolls, Rolling Stones, Beach Boys. Beautiful harmonies that would make Brian Wilson envious, roaring amphetamine-fuelled guitars, brilliant song writing and the hardest hitting rhythm section this side of Keith Moon.

Submission Policy

NoTalent Records does accept submissions. However, please read the following.

Musically, this is a rock n roll label. Specifically, we are interested in punk, garage, glam, power pop, or just dirty rock n roll. Bands in other genres – sorry, but don't bother.

Send your material as a CD, or email us a link to your website.

We do not accept mp3s.

We will not return the material (demos, CDs) you send to us.

We reply to everything you send us.

Zines and Radio

NoTalent Records does send out promotional copies to a number of zines and magazines. If you haven't been in contact with us before, please read the following:

• We give preference to on-line zines, preferably in a language that will reach a wide audience.
• Consider doing an interview with the band you are reviewing. This will increase your chances of getting a copy.

Record Labels & Distributors

To get infomation on distribution of our stock, send us an email with relevent information about your label, and we'll get back to you.

Booking

All bookings of NoTalent bands is handled by NoTalent Records. If you are a club or venue interested in booking, feel free to contact us.
